In Part 2, you will find out what Crisis Leadership means. Which competencies does a leader need? Which kind of leadership styles are there, and which skills come in handy? You will learn the importance of analyzing the situation , mapping stakeholders and prioritizing. We will also take an in-depth look at our famous PEAR principle, which is an invaluable asset for setting your priorities in times of crisis.

 

For who?  Anyone who is in a position of leadership or decision-making, or simply wants to know more about leadership, team dynamics and crisis strategies.

CRISIS MANAGEMENT ESSENTIALS - CRISIS COMMUNICATION

Crisis Communication Best Practice Before, During & After.
In this course, you will learn the ins and outs of crisis communication. What can you do to protect your reputation? The course covers topics such as preparation for crises, how to deal with traditional and social media during crises, you will learn about Q&A's, holding statements, the impact of fake news, among many other things.

 

For who?  Anyone who is a communicator or holds a similar role, or simply wants to learn more about all what a good communications in times of crisis entails.
